Rare
factory manual supercharged inline six; 80,591 miles with 24 service stamps;
huge history file with lots of recent and older expenditure; driven 50
miles to the sale
First registered in
February 1996, this rare manual supercharged inline six variant produces 335Bhp
enough to propel it to a 0-60mph time of just 7.3 seconds!
Showing 24
service stamps in the service book the latest dated May 2015 when the odometer
was showing 75,025 miles. Coming with the original handbooks the history folder
also contains a vast number of invoices detailing all sorts of expenditure, from
renewed rear suspension in 2016, to service items.
Coming into our vendor's hands in June 2012, we can see a long and in
depth invoice detailing all the work that the previous owner had carried out.
This includes new front upper wishbones, new rear trailing arms four new shock
absorbers and much more.
Our vendor carried on this trend of catering for
the Aston's every need. In 2014 a new radiator was supplied courtesy of Chiltern
Aston Centre. In 2016 the whole rear suspension was renewed with new bushes, and
radius arms, the front suspension also received all new bushes and new front
springs. Our vendor also tells us that he recently purchased a new exhaust
manifold and had it ceramic coated before fitting, along with a new oil
cooler with braied lines, new fuel injectors, a genuine battery trickle charger
and an upgraded Alpine head unit installed in the boot.
Clearly a very well looked after car, with invoices for regular
servicing and driven 50 miles to the sale, this rare manual DB7 looks very
enticing at the guide price and has been starting promptly and running
nicely on site.
