Description
Agressive widebody styling; 2.8-Litre inline six; aging like a fine
wine.
Great looking BMW Z3, finished in Atlanta blue, with
contrasting Mohair roof, sitting upon a set of 18" CSL style wheels. This early
widebody Z3 is powered by BMWs punchy 2.8-Litre inline 6, sending power to the
rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission. First registered in September
1997 this Z3 left the factory with some nice options including, black hood, air
conditioning, graduated windscreen tint, heated door mirrors and passenger air
bag.
Sitting in nice condition, the bodywork shows some age related
marks, that been said it looks fantastic for a 27 year old car, the interior
shows some signs of wear commensurate with its 109,674 miles, the drivers seat
bolster has worn through, the rest appears to be in nice condition (all can be
seen in the photos).
In the history folder we can see many previous MOTs
the latest not expiring until March 2025, 17 service stamps can also be found in
the service book, the last was undertaken in March of this year, where it also
received new front springs and a new nearside front lower control arm, (please
note a minor discrepancy with the latest service which was recorded at 109,677
miles, the odometer now showing 109,674).
Starting and driving nicely on
site, everything appears to be working as should, no warning lights on the
dash.
