Description
Older quality restoration; for simple recommissioning; sound
bodywork with great fitting doors; very smart
This October '31 short
chassis Seven RL saloon moved around the country in the 1960s and
'70s...Southampton, Poole, Gloucester, Peterborough and North Norfolk.
It
comes with very little in the way of history and just an old style V5 from when
it changed hands in 1997. It looks to have been off the road for nearly 30
years, but has been running and driving more recently than that we are
told.
We don't know when it was restored, but it presents very well
indeed with very good fitting doors and a very clean engine bay.
One of
the beauties of an Austin Seven is that the simple cable brakes can be left for
long periods without detriment, so it shouldn't take much to get this very nice
little saloon back on the road once more.
