Purchased new in '04 by UK vendor direct from Thailand; 550cc Daihatsu power; UK registered with an MOT until November 2022; rapid, useful and enormous fun; great number plate included

Bangkok based Pholasith Tuk-Tuk International Ltd are the go-to people if you need a Tuk Tuk in your life. They offer a bewildering range of machines, their brochure listing models from Taxis, through vans, pick up trucks, garbage trucks and even specialist milk delivery vehicles.

All seemingly powered by the indestructable 550cc Daihatsu twin and with a single wheel at the front, they are the universal solution to all transportation problems in their native Thailand.

A long-time lover of Thailand and the immortal Tuk Tuk, the vendor imported this beauty directly from the manufacturer as a new vehicle. It was shipped in July 2003 and first registered on 1st January 2004.

He managed to acquire a most appropriate registration number T111 TUK which looks very like Tuk Tuk on the AutoRickshaw which is included in the sale and has put the little Taxi to good use, entertaining the family and neighbours alike.

Painted in Thai colours and sold complete with a Thai flag, it comes with a few odds and ends such as Bangkok newspapers etc. on board and certainly looks totally authentic - well it is the real thing.

The vendor has made up a rigid tow bar, so journeys futher afield can be undertaken with ease and it comes with a current MOT which expires in November 2022.

The document folder includes various old MOTs and a useful factory supplied workshop manual in English covering all aspects of the machine.

If you need to ask why?, this machine is not for you...fortunately there are plenty of us who love their quirky nature which will supply more smiles per mile than almost anything else on the road.

The vendor's advancing years have dictated this most reluctant parting and it is on offer at No Reserve so the best bid on the day buys a whole heap of fun....
