1961 UK machine; only 5 former keepers;
fantastically useable British classic motorcycle
UK supplied 1961 BSA C15 showing
only five former keepers, this example is finished in an attractive
black-and-red scheme and fitted with a
selection of tasteful trails-style parts, including the desirable
high-level exhaust that gives it a
purposeful off-road stance.
The C15’s lightweight
single-cylinder engine made it a popular
choice for both road and light-trails use, and this
machine’s period-style modifications enhance that
character without straying far from its original spirit.
Coming from a small collection of
British motorcycles that have been in storage for around six years, it will
require the usual level of recommissioning before returning to the road. With
its appealing presentation, modest ownership history and practical upgrades, it
offers a straightforward and enjoyable project for the BSA
enthusiast.
The
numberplate maybe transferrable, the V5C does not state
otherwise
