Low-mileage survivor from the Cyprus
sunshine; starts on the button; showing only 6,683 miles; main dealer part
exchange
Imported from the sun-kissed shores of Cyprus and clearly
treated to an easy life, this 1982 Honda CB750 Custom presents as one of those
rare survivors that seems to have slipped through the decades almost untouched.
First registered in Cyprus when new and remaining there until 2013, it has
benefited from a dry climate and sparing use, the odometer showing a remarkably
modest 6,683 miles.
As can be seen in the video, it starts on the
button, settling into that familiar, smooth Honda four-cylinder hum and glorious exhaust
note— always reassuring on a machine of
this era. Two keys are included.
The accompanying paperwork supports the story
well. The current V5C records just one former UK keeper, while a Honda Owners
Club certificate confirms the machine’s 1982 production date. Also included are
the original Cyprus registration documents, a previous sales invoice from 2023
for £2,995, and a printout of its MOT history.
A handsome example of Honda’s early-’80s Custom series, it offers the
unmistakable blend of smooth four-cylinder power, period styling and
Japanese build quality that made these machines so popular in their day. With
its low mileage, dry-climate background and tidy
provenance, it looks every inch the sort of bike that liked by collectors and
riders alike — one that promises easy enjoyment
without the usual worries of age or hard use.
Direct from main dealer as a part exchange
machine.
