96,331 miles; showing full
service history; MOTd until December 2026; £2,925 factory fitted options; driven
here over 75 miles
Registered in March 2007, this
Audi S4 Quattro Convertible represents a wonderfully usable modern classic from
the era when Audi paired elegant design with naturally aspirated V8 performance.
Finished in Light Silver Metallic with a black hood and carbon fibre interior
trim, it offers a timeless colour combination that suits the car’s understated
yet muscular presence.
Under the bonnet sits the
celebrated 4.2-litre V8 engine, producing its power through a six-speed manual
gearbox and Audi’s renowned Quattro all-wheel-drive system. When new, the car
carried a base price of £42,200, with a further £2,925 spent on factory options,
bringing the original total cost to £45,125. These options include the satellite
navigation system plus, metallic paint, BOSE sound system and carbon fibre
interior detailing.
The car has had seven keepers
in total, with the current owner having cared for it since August 2020. It has
clearly been maintained with diligence, boasting a full-service history
comprising nine service stamps carried out at two-year intervals. The most
recent service was completed in June 2024 at 80,761 miles. The MOT is valid
until 18 December 2026, offering reassurance for immediate use and
enjoyment.
Recently, driven over 75
miles, the car was found to be running, driving and stopping well, and performed
reliably during photography and a short video session. Overall condition is good
for the age and mileage, with only a small area of cosmetic damage noted to the
lower section of the driver’s door, as shown in the photographs. During the
drive, the traction control warning light was observed to be illuminated, which
may warrant investigation in the future.
Combining open-top motoring
with V8 character, a manual gearbox and Audi’s all-weather capability, this S4
Convertible is an increasingly rare and engaging performance car from a golden
era.
