Dating from July 2005 and coming with MOT until March 2026,
this sharp-looking Mercedes SL500 is of the R230 generation and comes to us
finished in Black sat upon 19” twin five-spoke AMG alloy wheels, which have a
substantial value on their own, also boasting a fully functional folding roof
with optional Panoramic roof glass.
Under the bonnet, we find
the 5.0-litre M113 series V8 engine which kicks out 302bhp and a whopping 460NM
of torque driving the rear wheels via five-speed 5G-tronic automatic/tiptronic
transmission.
Inside the cabin, we find oxblood leather interior with
electric heated seats with memory and adj. lumbar, walnut trim with
multi-function steering wheel, automatic Xenon lights with wash, cruise
control/speed limit, on-board computer, COMAND in-car entertainment and
navigation, dual zone climate control with AC, electric folding roof and wind
deflector, parking sensors, traction control, ABC air suspension controls and
central armrest with handsfree connectivity.
Showing just 100,100 miles
on the odometer, the logbook shows six former keepers. The history folder
includes a couple of invoices one dated October 2023 shows a new ABC pump was
fitted along with two new batteries, another invoice from June 2023 shows four
new tyres were fitted along with a four-wheel alignment.
Also in the
history folder we have the service book which shows four service stamps, the
last of which is dated September 2022 where the odometer read 93,067 miles, this
Merc covering just 7,000 miles since.
