Description
Exceedingly rare 3.2 V6 variant of the popular Eos Convertible; with
automatic DSG 'box; leather interior and glass roof from long term lady
ownership
Supplied new by Keith Garages Ltd of
Aylesbury in April 2008 this tidy Volkswagen Eos is finished in dark blue and
sits on its original 17inch seven-spoke alloy wheels shod with decent Michelin
and Avon rubber.
Under the bonnet, sits the
rare to find 3.2 litre VR6 which develops 247Bhp and 320NM of torque driving the
front wheels via six-speed automatic DSG transmission with tiptronic option
which gives the Eos surprising pace and a rorty VR6 exhaust note
too.
Inside the well equipped and luxurious
cabin, we find cream leather interior, comfortable seating for four adults,
manual seat adjustment with electric lumbar adjustment option, aluminium dash
trim, heated front seats, digital climate control with AC, factory in-car
entertainment, automatic Xenon lights, tyre-pressure monitoring, electric
automatic folding metal hard-top with glass centre section, and on-board trip
computer.
The car shows 100,628 miles and
presents well, with barely a mark present that we could see. The history file includes the V5C
revealing just two former owners and has been with our lady owner for the last
13 years.
In addition, we find the owner’s pack and service book recording
five stamps including the PDI, the last in July 2018 at c.77,000 miles which
looks to have been a full service and coolant change. We also note inclusion of
a selection of invoices including a £1242 spend in Feb-14 on replacement boot
seals and other works along with more historic service
invoicing.
In respect of MOTs, we find one old
certificate plus the current, valid until March 2024 with no advisories recorded
and as such looks ready to enjoy at the most appealing estimate.
